🔹 Who It's For: Particularly for Government employees who have recently lost their jobs and are seeking a supportive space for healing, stress relief, and renewal. However open to anyone seeking grounding and healing.
🔹 What to Expect: Gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing to release stress, cultivate inner peace, and build resilience for the next chapter.
🔹 What to Bring: A yoga mat, water, pillow and a sleeping bag/blanket. Bring a journal and pen for any reflections. You will be sitting/lying on the ground.
🔹 Cost: Sliding scale (pay what you can). If you can, $25 dollars pay via Venmo.
